Roeslein & Associates seeks a Director of Compliance to lead the Renewables Division’s regulatory reporting, environmental attribute management, and certification programs. You will drive governance, risk management, and audit readiness across RNG, biofuel credits, and decarbonization markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Finance, Public Policy, Law, or related discipline.
• Master's degree, MBA, or JD preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in renewable fuels, environmental markets, energy compliance, regulatory affairs, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading compliance, regulatory, or environmental market teams.
• Deep understanding of EPA RFS, LCFS programs, CFR, 45Z tax credits, carbon accounting methodologies, and ISCC or comparable sustainability certification systems.
• Experience supporting environmental commodity trading and commercial transactions.
• Demonstrated success leading regulatory audits and compliance programs in highly regulated industries.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead compliance strategy for the Renewables Division.
• Establish governance, controls, policies, and procedures across environmental products and renewable fuel operations.
• Provide strategic regulatory guidance to senior leadership.
• Lead annual compliance planning and risk assessment initiatives.
• Oversee registrations, attest engagements, pathway applications, fuel reporting, and environmental attribute reporting.
• Maintain readiness for regulatory reviews and third‑party verifications.
• Lead internal and external compliance audits and monitor programs.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance on governance and controls.
