Ethos is seeking experienced Heads of Reliability to help train the latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will lead or review production incidents to improve AI-generated outputs with blameless postmortems and root-cause analyses.

Fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week, start ASAP. Ideal for senior SRE leaders with strong written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer, Incident Commander, or production/on-call engineering lead.
• Direct ownership of writing or reviewing blameless postmortems and root-cause analyses.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate on training the language model for professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents across core workflows (postmortems, runbooks, SLOs).
• Develop and review blameless postmortems and root-cause analyses.
