Ethos is seeking experienced platform engineers to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will work remotely on a flexible 5-20 hours per week, focusing on production incidents, postmortems, and reliability tasks while shaping on-call runbooks and escalation write-ups.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in SRE/incident leadership with superb writing and attention to detail, capable of delivering high-quality documentation and presentation

Formación

• 4+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer, Incident Commander, or production/on-call engineering lead.
• Direct ownership of writing or reviewing blameless postmortems and root-cause analyses.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Help train AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents across core workflows (postmortems, runbooks, SLAs).
• Produce reliability review decks and incident-related reports with blameless framing.
