Job summary
IFF in Memphis, TN seeks a Reliability Engineering Manager to lead asset health, maintenance strategy, and safety improvements on a major manufacturing line.
You will own the Spare Parts program, coordinate shutdowns, drive reliability initiatives with Engineering and Operations, and ensure GMP and HACCP compliance.
The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing, a strong reliability foundation, and proven leadership in maintenance planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 10+ years of manufacturing and/or maintenance experience with reliability focus.
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles (FMEA, RCFA, PM/PdM).
Responsibilities
- Lead site reliability engineering activities and asset health monitoring.
- Define and sustain site reliability strategies including PM/PdM.
- Coordinate plant shutdown maintenance and oversee contract crews.
- Oversee Spare Parts Program and storeroom strategy.
- Support capital planning and long-term reliability initiatives.
- Ensure food safety and quality requirements (HACCP, GMPs, sanitation).
