Job summary

IFF is seeking a Plant Manager for its Memphis site to lead manufacturing operations, develop an engaged team, and align the site with global operations strategy. You will guide safety, people, quality, delivery, inventory, cost and productivity while building organizational capability for the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• At least 10 years in an industrial or chemical-process environment.
• At least 5 years in supervisory roles on a site leadership team.
• Ability to lead teams, collaborate across functions and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations and establish priorities aligned with IFF’s vision and objectives.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, inventory, cost, productivity and production output.
• Build an engaged, capable organization and maintain a constructive relationship with the Union.
• Lead organizational and cultural change and foster continuous improvement at all levels.
• Ensure reliable customer service and supply performance through maintenance, capacity improvements and effective communication.
