Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a Reliability Engineering Manager to lead site reliability strategy and asset performance on-site. You will drive preventive/predictive programs, analyze failures with FMEA/RCFA, and oversee plant shutdowns and spare parts management.

The role requires a bachelor's in engineering and 10+ years in manufacturing/maintenance with a reliability focus, plus strong leadership, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of manufacturing/maintenance experience with a reliability focus.
• Proficiency in FMEA, RCFA, PM/PdM and asset lifecycle concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership in maintenance planning or project management.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills; able to influence on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead site reliability activities, monitor asset health and lifecycle.
• Define and sustain site reliability strategies including PM/PdM programs.
• Analyze recurrent failures using FMEA/RCFA and implement fixes.
• Coordinate plant shutdowns and oversee contract maintenance teams.
• Maintain equipment criticality rankings and spare parts strategy.
• Draft procedures aligned with precision maintenance and food standards.
• Oversee Spare Parts Program and budgeting; support capital planning.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, sanitation and pest control.
