As a Director, Refining Strategy supporting Refining, you will lead the development of enterprise‑aligned strategies and policies that help our refining business compete and win in a changing energy landscape. You will connect market, operational, commercial, and functional insights to shape direction, guide investment and capability choices, and turn strategy into practical plans that strengthen safety, reliability, profitability, and long‑term competitiveness. This position has a base salary range of $220,500- $269,500.
