Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital news or editorial leadership.
• 7+ years of direct people management.
• Strong news judgment across multiple digital surfaces.
• Experience with CMS tools and editorial workflows.
• Comfort with analytics tools and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own editorial programming strategy across Yahoo Finance surfaces.
• Lead push notification strategy and performance.
• Mentor and develop an editorial team across time zones.
• Define staffing and scheduling to cover major news cycles.
• Use analytics to drive real-time decisions and longer-term strategy.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on roadmap.
