Job summary

Taboola is seeking a Team Leader on the Bidding Strategies Algo team in our TLV Office to shape real-time bidding strategies at scale. You will lead optimization, design new strategies end-to-end, and collaborate with engineering to deploy robust, scalable systems.

You will guide and develop algorithm engineers, driving measurable business impact and contributing to Taboola's growth in the agentic development era.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field with strong math foundations.
• 6+ years of algorithm development experience; 2+ years leadership.
• Proven ability to translate theory into production-grade algorithms.
• Experience driving measurable business impact through algorithmic improvements.
• Strong collaboration with engineering to deploy complex algorithms.
• Experience with agent-based coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the optimization of Taboola's existing bidding strategies.
• Design and deliver new bidding strategies end-to-end into production.
• Drive deep analysis of complex dynamics and closed-loop feedback effects.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable systems.
• Lead and develop algorithm engineers.
• Play a part of Taboola's tech organization's growth in the agentic development era.
