Transwestern seeks a Director - Project Management in Atlanta to build and lead a team of PM professionals, overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement, and project closeout across diverse real estate projects. Strong leadership, communication, and client-relations skills are essential.

You will manage a PM line, mentor staff, and collaborate with regional leadership to achieve regional goals while ensuring high service levels for tenants, owners, and vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Business, Interior Design, Engineering or Construction.
• PMP and/or LEED AP preferred.
• Minimum 7 years project management experience in design, construction and PM.
• Experience with construction PM including budgeting, scheduling and contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a team of project management professionals, including mentoring and hiring.
• Manage the PM business line with P&L, forecasting, invoicing and client contracts.
• Develop business through relationships with brokers and external clients.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to achieve goals.
• Act as player coach on key projects while guiding others.
• Develop PM Standards of Operation and ensure consistent service.
• Oversee project documentation, budgets, and schedules.
• Define goals aligned with client needs and ensure design/construction signoffs.
• Maintain Master Project Schedule and prepare vendor RFQs.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure roles are understood.
• Support marketing activities like RFQ responses as needed.
