Job summary

Transwestern is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Atlanta to oversee one or more properties and drive major projects from initiation through handoff. You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination with architects, engineers and vendors.

Reporting to the Managing Senior Vice President – Management Services, you will mentor staff and ensure adherence to standards while delivering high-quality results for tenants and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or HR Management related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of property management experience with a Master’s degree.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills; excellent quantitative and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead major/complex projects from initiation to handoff to customer.
• Manage budgets and timelines to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and consultants to establish requirements.
• Build and foster client relationships and manage expectations.
• Ensure adherence to codes, regulations and project management standards.
