Job summary

Homecare Homebase in the United States is seeking a Director of RCM & Personal Care to own the long-term vision for billing, claims, EVV, and reimbursement workflows. You will lead product strategy, drive modernization through API-first design, and guide cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and executive leadership.

You will shape roadmaps, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable value while balancing near-term delivery with scalable platform evolution and regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with data platforms, APIs, or interoperability in healthcare.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle, including claims and payer integrations.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and ship outcomes in ambiguity.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
• Deep technical fluency to engage with platform engineers and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for RCM platform capabilities.
• Own Personal Care applications capabilities: scheduling, EVV, auth, utilization, reimbursement workflows.
• Drive API-first modernization, configurable workflows, automation, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Define success metrics and align priorities with engineering, architecture, and executives.
• Lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Translate strategy into time-bound delivery plans for engineering direction.
