Job summary

Homecare Homebase, LLC. seeks a strategic Director of RCM & Personal Care to own long‑term product vision for RCM and Personal Care apps.

You will partner with Engineering, UX, Operations, Sales, and executive leadership to shape roadmaps, drive modernization, and deliver measurable value. You will lead a team of Product Managers, prioritize capabilities for billing, eligibility, and reimbursement workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance and platform scalability across Home Health, Hospice,

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on data platforms, APIs, or interoperability in enterprise SaaS.
Healthcare revenue cycle (claims/clearinghouse/payer integrations) experience.
API‑first thinking and integration design; ability to collaborate with engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for HCHB’s Revenue Cycle Platform and Personal Care applications.
Own and advance platform workstreams in alignment with priorities and architecture.
Drive modernization through API‑first design, automation, AI‑assisted workflows, and scalable architecture.
Define capabilities to improve cash acceleration, reduce denials, and improve billing productivity.
Lead discovery for end‑to‑end revenue workflows including claims, remittance, denials, and patient responsibility.
