Job summary

Homecare Homebase, a Hearst Health company, seeks a Director of RCM & Personal Care to own the long-term product vision for RCM and Personal Care platforms, including scheduling, EVV, reimbursement workflows, and API-first modernization. Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in data platforms, APIs or interoperability in enterprise SaaS.
• Healthcare revenue cycle experience, incl. claims/clearinghouse/payer integrations and revenue operations.
• API-first thinking, integration design, and collaboration with engineers; understand system constraints/tradeoffs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and ship outcomes in ambiguous spaces.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management.
• Strong technical fluency for platform engineers; informed architecture trade-offs.
• Ability to engage customers, prospects, and partners as a credible product and data leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for HCHB’s Revenue Cycle Platform and Personal Care apps.
• Own end-to-end revenue workflows including charge capture, claims submission, remittance posting, denials, and reconciliation.
• Drive modernization via API-first design, modular services, automation, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Define success metrics such as claim acceptance rates, denial rates, and throughput.
• Lead a team of 3-5 Product Managers and align with executive priorities.
• Translate strategy into time-bound delivery plans for engineering teams.
