Job summary

Homecare Homebase, a Hearst subsidiary, seeks a Director of RCM & Personal Care to own the long-term product vision for the Revenue Cycle platform, including billing, claims, and payer connectivity.

You will lead a cross-functional team, shape the roadmap, and drive modernization through API-first design, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable architecture across Home Health, Hospice, and Personal Care/EVV domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with focus on data platforms, APIs, or interoperability in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle including claims, clearinghouse, payer integrations and revenue ops.
• API-first design, integration design, and strong collaboration with engineers.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver outcomes in ambiguity.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Technical fluency to engage with platform engineers and discuss architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for Homecare Homebase's Revenue Cycle Platform.
• Own strategy for Personal Care applications, including EVV, auth, utilization, and reimbursement models.
• Advance platform workstreams aligned with priorities, architecture, and measurable business outcomes.
• Drive modernization via API-first design, modular services, automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Define capabilities to improve cash acceleration, reduce denials, and improve billing productivity.
• Lead end-to-end revenue workflows from charge capture to remittance posting and denials.
• Apply post-acute ops knowledge to ensure compliant, billable workflows.
• Establish success metrics and communicate progress to leadership.
