Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director for Management Review Strategy & Insights in New Brunswick, NJ. You will own the strategy and governance for the Management Review and Quality Council program, driving data-driven decision making and regulatory alignment across global QA functions.

You will lead enterprise-level meetings, develop predictive analytics tools, track actions, and support senior leadership with concise executive narratives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing or governing enterprise-level quality processes.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with regulatory bodies and global compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the strategy, governance framework, and documentation for Management Review and Quality Council.
• Lead planning, preparation, and facilitation of Enterprise-level GMP/GDP Quality Council meetings.
• Track actions and drive accountability for issues from Quality Council.
• Analyze quality performance data to identify trends and mitigation needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to surface risks and improve processes.
• Design and develop data-driven tools to support council discussions.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership and board reviews.
• Build a network of Quality Council leads for best practices.
• Improve Quality Council KPIs by shifting toward leading indicators.
• Benchmark practices against industry peers and regulatory expectations.
