Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director of Management Review Strategy & Insights to own the governance framework for the Quality Council and drive predictive, data‑driven discussions at enterprise level. You will partner across Product Quality, Site, and CMO leads to surface risks and drive proactive actions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in biopharmaceutical Manufacturing/Quality/Technical/Regulatory roles or regulatory work
• Experience with Management Review or Quality Council processes preferred
• Strong data-driven decision making and executive storytelling abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and own strategy, governance framework and documentation for Management Review and Quality Council processes
• Lead Enterprise-level and GMP/GDP Quality Council meetings including agendas, materials, and minutes
• Track and drive accountability for action items from the Enterprise Quality Council
• Analyze quality performance data and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver predictive insights
• Lead cross-functional risk identification and mitigation discussions with senior leadership
• Drive process improvement to streamline Management Review and Quality Council workflows
• Develop predictive analytics tools to support Quality Council discussions
• Prepare quality updates for Head of Global Quality, Leadership Team and Board
• Build and sustain a network of Quality Council leads to share best practices
• Monitor KPIs moving from lagging to leading indicators
• Benchmark practices against industry peers and regulatory expectations
