Job summary

Xcimer Energy is seeking a Head of Quality to lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of its Quality Management System. This onsite Denver role drives product integrity across engineering, manufacturing operations, and supply chain in a data-driven quality culture.

You will build a scalable quality organization, define metrics, and ensure NCR/ECR processes align with ISO 9001 principles, RCCA, and supplier quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years leading quality organizations in hardware/manufacturing.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 QMS.
• Expert RCCA, 8D, Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and improve Xcimer’s QMS and quality policies.
• Lead continuous improvement programs and data-driven decision making.
• Manage quality risk visibility and escalation processes.
• Oversee RCCA framework and verify corrective actions.
• Lead QA/QC, supplier quality, and audits of production lines.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Programs, and Leadership.
• Integrate quality requirements into change control (ECR/ECO).
• Build and develop the Quality organization to meet strategic needs.
