Job summary

SCRAM Systems in Denver, CO is seeking a Quality Engineer Team Lead to drive quality initiatives across product and process domains. This on-site role partners with Engineering and Manufacturing to reduce defects, improve reliability, and support new product introductions.

The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering, 7+ years in manufacturing quality, and Lean Six Sigma credentials. You will mentor inspectors, lead root-cause investigations, and deliver measurable improvements while managing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (SSGB/SSBB) preferred.
• ASQ CQE certification highly desirable.
• 7+ years of engineering or quality systems experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvements and defect reduction with Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
• Mentor inspectors and technicians and develop the quality team.
• Coach team in quality methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
• Prioritize investigations and lead root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Coordinate product reliability testing with Design and Manufacturing teams.
• Contribute to new product development by ensuring quality is built into design and processes from the start.
• Drive statistical methods to monitor trends and improve process and product quality.
• Manage and track quality metrics and support supplier quality activities.
