Job summary

EthosEnergy Accessories and Components LLC in East Windsor, CT seeks a Quality Engineer to lead QMS improvements, audits, and supplier quality initiatives within a diverse manufacturing environment. You will develop standard work, manage calibration, review contracts, resolve nonconformances, and drive corrective actions.

A CQE certification is encouraged and a BS in engineering with 3–5 years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment preferred.
• Must have ability to obtain ASQ CQE certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance, and improvement of the QMS with documented procedures and audits.
• Develop and maintain standardized work processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Plan, conduct, and document internal audits for compliance with QMS and standards.
• Manage site calibration program and ensure traceability of equipment.
• Maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and nonconforming product controls.
• Lead cross-functional reviews to address quality and process challenges.
• Apply structured problem-solving to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Review contracts and specs to identify impacts on quality requirements.
• Ensure quality documentation and contractual requirements are maintained for programs.
• Resolve supplier quality issues and drive supplier performance improvements.
• Lead supplier quality activities, audits, approvals, and improvements.
• Support process improvement and efficiency projects across the organization.
• Analyze nonconformances and communicate risks with corrective actions.
