Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office and Outlook experience required.
• EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications required.
• 2–4 years of full-time apartment maintenance or related trades experience required.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance required.
• Own a basic set of hand tools required.
• Ability to read service requests and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team members and coach diverse skillsets.
• Prepare make-ready apartments and complete service requests.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization; lead preventative maintenance.
• Communicate with residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and team members.
• Lead and participate in safety, risk management, and emergency response programs.
