In this role you will build cross-functional discipline, drive estimating accuracy, and ensure contract adherence. The position emphasizes leadership, scalability, and safeguarding margin across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management in commercial construction.
• Proven P&L ownership across multiple projects.
• Experience leading and developing PM teams.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L, client relationships, and contract on active projects.
• Lead PMs and APMs, build bench and discipline across portfolio.
• Drive contract protection, safety, schedule, and compliance on projects.
• Interface with Field Operations to ensure seamless design-to-field handoffs.
• Develop scalable PM systems and processes to support growth.
