Creature in Birmingham, AL seeks a Senior Project Manager for Healthcare Construction to own the health of the healthcare program. You will lead across multiple active projects, holding PMs accountable for schedules, scope, and execution while ensuring consistent delivery and client satisfaction.

This role combines portfolio financial ownership, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with design, preconstruction, and field teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of project management experience in construction with healthcare project delivery.
Experience mentoring, coaching, or formally leading other project managers.
Deep understanding of healthcare compliance: ICRA, AHCA (or state equivalent), infection control coordination.
Strong financial acumen — forecasting and margin performance across a portfolio, not just a single job.
Proficiency with Procore, PowerBI, and Excel.

Responsabilités

Own total program performance — safety, schedule, quality, financial outcomes, and client standing — across every project in Creature's healthcare portfolio.
Lead delivery across every active healthcare project without running any one of them directly.
Own gross margin and forecasting in aggregate across the healthcare program; manage portfolio roll-up and protect margins.
Serve as senior point of accountability for healthcare client relationships and contract authority.
Lead, coach, and develop PMs assigned to the healthcare program.
