Chart Industries is hiring a Manager, Project Management in Duluth, GA. The role leads the Project Management team to ensure engineered-to-order projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with healthy margins.

Responsibilities include directing project execution, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving continuous improvement in scheduling and processes to optimize cash flow and project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and execution practices.
• Experience managing project teams in engineered-to-order environments.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Customer-focused mindset with service excellence.
• Experience managing budgets and financial controls in an engineering environment.
• Commitment to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the project management team to ensure on-time delivery and margin targets.
• Communicate goals, responsibilities, and performance expectations clearly.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve OTD, cash flow, and margins.
• Manage Chart–client relationships for engineered-to-order projects.
• Oversee scope, risk, and resource management; mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Commercial and cross-functional teams to resolve contractual issues.
• Maintain departmental standards and industry-aligned processes.
• Monitor KPIs and report on performance.
