Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate engineering, manufacturing and procurement to deliver projects on time and within scope from Duluth, GA. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage the full project lifecycle, and prepare cost proposals and submittals.

Responsibilities include setting milestones, tracking progress, mitigating risks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring all design and O&M documentation is up-to-date with the kick-off scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Working knowledge of packaged portable, industrial or groundwater treatment systems and processes preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interfacing with customers, engineering, sales, etc.
• Practical experience with variety of water treatment system design and operation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing and procurement depts. to deliver the project to customer based on a defined scope, within time and budget.
• Monitor project progress and set deadlines, including milestones, invoices, major material procurement, taking into consideration lead times, shared resources, and commercial priorities.
• Manage the entire project life cycle: project planning, execution & monitoring, stakeholder management, resource management, reporting.
• Coordinate and prepare technical cost proposals.
• Compile design submittals and O&M manuals and ensure all documentation is up to date and according to scope defined in kick off meeting.
• Position requires to be onsite in Duluth, GA.
