Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Program Quality Engineering Manager for the PrSM program. You will lead the Program Quality team to ensure excellence in production execution and drive continuous improvement across the program lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with quality audits, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. A US citizen capable of obtaining a security clearance is required; a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance.
• Knowledge of Quality Management practices and quality audits.
• Full spectrum leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality team across program life-cycle from proposals to production.
• Manage contract reviews and flow down quality requirements to the team.
• Establish quality budgets and cost commitments.
• Participate in risk and opportunity reviews and drive return-to-green plans.
• Maintain DCMA/Customer quality relationships.
