Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with related experience.

• Strong causal analysis and corrective action experience.
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel to support program needs.

Responsibilities

• Apply quality principles to design, incoming material, production control, and product evaluation.
• Lead product-failure investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop strategies to improve supplier performance and productivity.
• Design and analyze inspection and testing processes with statistical analysis.
• Ensure compliance with reliability standards across the product lifecycle.
