Qualifications

• 7 years of Project Delivery Experience.
• 7 years of Client Relationship Management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology or relevant experience.
• PMI - Project Management Professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight to a group of program and project managers in a value stream.
• Support agile delivery and align product and project delivery efforts.
• Build strong relationships with Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Ensure delivery management processes are followed and project artifacts archived.
• Assist with resource allocation, budgeting, and risk identification across projects.
• Mentor and train team members to improve skills and performance.
• Escalate issues to senior leadership and manage stakeholder expectations.
