Qualifications

• 2+ years of PK-12 teaching with a strong results track record.
• 2+ years designing and facilitating adult training.
• 2+ years in roles involving instructional coaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and execution of professional learning aligned to the academic strategy.
• Lead content design and session facilitation grounded in pedagogy and instruction.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure high-quality adult learning content.
• Set vision and track metrics for session execution and mastery.
• Manage key partnerships to scale professional learning strategy.
• Hire, develop, and retain strong performers on the PL team.
