Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Director of Talent Development to accelerate student achievement by driving high-impact professional learning and coaching across the region. Reporting to the Managing Director, this leader ensures leaders are equipped to improve teacher practice and student outcomes through data-driven design.

You will partner with Academic teams to align coaching with system goals, design statewide and regional development experiences, and lead large-scale events.

Qualifications

• Experience in school leadership or campus management.
• Proven track record designing and facilitating high-impact professional learning for educators and leaders.
• Experience coaching and developing teachers and leaders through observation and feedback cycles.
• Ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives and drive results through influence.

Responsibilities

• Design & deliver high-impact professional learning aligned to learning criteria and 70/20/10 model.
• Plan statewide and regional development experiences for returning and novice leaders.
• Ensure quality design and logistics of professional learning events and training.
• Lead large-scale professional learning events (e.g., Summer PL) and train-the-trainer programs.
• Collaborate with Academics and School Management to support novice leaders and improve results.
• Use real-time data to adjust coaching strategy and measure impact of learning initiatives.
