KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Director of Talent Development to accelerate student achievement by driving professional learning and coaching for campus leaders across Texas. You will report to the Managing Director and ensure learning aligns with our KTX frameworks and learning criteria.

The role involves designing and delivering statewide professional learning, building capacities for novice leaders, and collaborating with instructional and school management teams to improve teacher

Formación

• Experience designing and facilitating high-impact professional learning for educators and leaders.
• Experience coaching and developing teachers and leaders through observation and feedback cycles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver high-impact professional learning aligned to the KIPP Texas Professional Learning Criteria and 70/20/10 learning model.
• Plan statewide and regional development experiences for returning and novice leaders.
• Drive quality and excellence in professional learning design and logistics.
• Lead large-scale professional learning events such as Summer Professional Learning.
• Create train-the-trainer and feedback systems to ensure quality facilitation.
