Job summary

Tenable, Inc. is seeking a strategic leader to build and run a high-velocity production engine for professional services content and training offerings.

You will own the collateral lifecycle from brief to market launch, guiding governance, platforms, and talent to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and field-ready. The role requires managing a diverse, global team across multimedia design, technical writing, and video production, with remote work capability and a strong focus on GTM alignment

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience managing people, projects, and cross-functional processes
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience leading creative and/or technical production staff
• Experience with go-to-market, marketing, or sales-enablement processes for service or training offerings
• Exposure to the full content/product delivery lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, production, review, and launch
• Working knowledge of network security and vulnerability management; familiarity with Tenable.io and Nessus
• Experience administering an LMS and managing a content/collateral library at scale

Responsibilities

• Lead the production engine for professional services content and training across offerings
• Oversee lifecycle from brief to go-to-market launch for collateral
• Coordinate with Sales Enablement and GTM leadership to align collateral with market goals
• Manage global, cross-timezone teams delivering high-quality content
• Design scalable workflows and governance for content production
