Rubix Recruiting seeks a VP of Product Management to lead the product strategy and execution in a fast-moving environment. You will own the product roadmap, define requirements, and ensure alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and leadership.

You will drive metrics, manage lifecycle, and mentor the product organization while validating market opportunities and shaping the vision for both B2B and consumer-facing products.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning products with 500k+ users or greater than $1B in transactions.
• Experience owning B2B products is a plus.

• Ensure company as a whole is building, shipping, and supporting the right product.
• Holistic understanding of the product and how it makes the company successful.
• Shape, define, and articulate product requirements and vision across functions to align unit objectives with the company plan.
• Work with the leadership team to define detailed metrics.
• Act as the conduit between the product team and the leadership team.
• Participate in daily standups and monitor team cadence; unblock issues.
• Sell product vision internally and externally; drive employee participation and input.
• Proactively solicit customer feedback and anticipate future needs.
• Create and manage a detailed product roadmap tied to business goals and revenue projections.
