Job summary

Meissner Filtration Products is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead global FP&A, mentor a high-performing analytics team, and partner with senior leadership to deliver insightful, decision-ready analyses. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning while expanding automation and AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting quality and speed.

The role is on-site at our Camarillo, CA headquarters, reporting to the CFO, with responsibilities across Commercial,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and detail orientation.
• Experience mentoring and developing analysts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience with AI-enabled finance tools and automation.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL/BI skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A: forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning and reporting globally.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for decision support.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
• Provide analysis (variance, trend, scenario) to guide decisions.
• Support senior leadership on projects via NPV/ROI/ROIC analyses.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, and HR to drive insights.
• Mentor Analysts and build a scalable FP&A team.
• Implement automation and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting.
