Job summary

Brio Water Technology, a Home Organizers, Inc. company, seeks a Director of Product Quality to lead quality and regulatory compliance across the full product lifecycle.

You will define standards, govern the quality system, and partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to protect product integrity and regulatory readiness. You’ll build and lead the Quality & Compliance team, own the budget, drive data‑driven improvement, and manage supplier quality and major retail

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product quality, compliance, or supplier quality in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; advanced certs preferred.
• Experience with UL, NSF, ISTA, FDA standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Brio’s product quality and compliance strategy.
• Oversee quality management systems and testing procedures.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships to align quality with business goals.
• Monitor metrics like defect rates and supplier performance.
• Drive corrective actions and traceability across product lines.
