Job summary

Waters seeks a Sr. Manager Quality Systems Compliance to ensure ongoing readiness by governing regulatory and standards processes across the organization.

The role identifies Q&R compliance risks, maintains metrics, and reports to executive governance forums as Global Process Owner for Regulation & Standards Compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional leaders globally, you will implement new regs and standards, lead strategy development, and drive continuous improvement using quality tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a regulated field (medical devices, IVDs, pharmaceuticals, or biologics).
• Experience with Quality/Regulatory/Compliance and/or Improvement operations.
• Process excellence certification preferred (SSGB, Lean, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and interpretations.
• Leads development of strategies and tools for effective execution and monitoring.
• Supports global initiatives and change management plans.
• Provides leadership in timely communication of Q&R risk to senior leadership.
• Oversees data collection, analytics, reporting and global site list maintenance.
• Participates in key initiatives to support the Quality Systems team.
