Aria InsurTech seeks a Product Manager to own the platform end-to-end, from idea to launch. You will talk to agents, sales and ops to identify gaps and opportunities, and guide development with your technical understanding.

You’ll lead developers, test changes, and track usage while reporting to the CEO and leadership. This fully remote role spans the US and Canada, with scope to run the department and shape the product’s growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management
• 3+ years managing a team
• Technical understanding to plan with developers
• Bilingual English/Spanish
