• 10+ years in product operations, strategy, or related fields in high-growth SaaS/AI environments.
• Experience operating at principal/director level influencing senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle, design collaboration, and engineering partnership.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product operating model across planning, governance, and cross-functional norms.
• Lead company-level planning, roadmaps, and executive communications with senior leaders.
• Define scalable mechanisms for visibility, accountability, and execution from idea to launch.
• Track health of initiatives, bets, risks, and outcomes to inform strategy.
• Develop executive-ready roadmaps, performance metrics, and insights reports.
