Drata is seeking a Staff Data Engineer to join our growing data team in a fast-moving, data-driven B2B SaaS startup. Lead initiatives to build scalable data products, empower self-serve analytics, and partner with product and engineering to enable data-driven decisions.

You will own and optimize data pipelines, contribute to data modeling, and help establish robust data governance practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Optimize query performance, data ingestion and processing time
• Contribute to building the data modeling layer
• Build strong data governance processes
• Build solid data engineering training and documentation for all analysts so they can learn how to use, move and transform data with
