3dB Labs, Inc. seeks a Director of Product Management to lead the Sceptre software platform and mature Product Management across the company. The role translates strategy into actionable roadmaps, defines requirements, and elevates portfolio tradeoffs to SLT when needed.

As the senior leader, you will mentor Product Managers, set standards for roadmaps, backlog, and releases, and coordinate cross‑product dependencies to optimize the overall portfolio.”

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business; advanced technical or business degree is a plus.
• Significant product management or technical leadership experience with complex software, hardware, or integrated tech products.
• Proven ability to build and manage roadmaps, requirements, backlogs, releases and lifecycle decisions across multiple products.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sceptre product roadmap, requirements, releases and lifecycle across the platform.
• Ensure roadmap decisions are communicated to Product Managers, Engineering, QA, PMO, Production, Field Team and leadership.
• Serve as the authoritative product voice for Sceptre in leadership and planning forums.
• Coach and develop Product Managers, establish common PM standards, and align roadmaps with strategy.
• Manage cross-product prioritization and dependencies, coordinating with architecture and platform constraints.
• Govern backlog, releases, and lifecycle with discipline; address bugs and tech debt proactively.
• Incorporate customer, Field and business feedback to shape scalable product requirements.
• Evaluate urgency, revenue opportunity, and risks to guide portfolio decisions and tradeoffs.
