Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, development, and execution for the core platform. This role owns the platform roadmap and partners with engineering, design, research, and leadership to deliver scalable capabilities that align with business goals and customer needs.

The position also acts as the product program lead for cross-functional planning, prioritization, and execution discipline, with travel as needed and a full-time employment type.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management or related roles.
• Experience leading product managers in technical environments.
• Ability to define and deliver platform roadmaps balancing value and reliability.
• Strong execution discipline and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for the core platform aligned with company goals.
• Define and maintain the core platform roadmap balancing customer value, tech priorities, and scalability.
• Ensure the platform is robust, scalable, and future-ready.
• Act as the product program lead coordinating dependencies, planning, and timelines.
• Drive cross-functional decisions to prioritize enhancements and improve delivery.
• Establish repeatable processes for roadmap planning and platform evolution.
• Manage and develop the Product Management team with clear ownership and accountability.
• Coach product managers on discovery, requirements, and delivery execution.
• Create systems for prioritization, reviews, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with research, strategy, engineering, design, and leadership to align investments.
• Translate tradeoffs into business and customer outcomes.
• Provide regular reporting on platform performance and risks.
