Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a senior product leader in the United States to own the product management organization and drive the end-to-end product strategy for the AI-SDLC platform. You will sit at the technology leadership table with heads of Engineering and Product Design, translating vision into a coherent portfolio and revenue growth.

You will lead, execute, and iterate across pillars, ensuring cadence, rigor, and customer focus while expanding the platform with AI-assisted product practices

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional product leadership across Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Build and lead the product management organization, defining ownership for every product surface.
• Own the product operating system with cadence for strategy, shipped software, quarterly commitments, and launches.
• Drive roadmap delivery across Enterprise, Foundation, Observability, Experimentation, Agent Control, Automation, and platform.
• Create portfolio discipline with explicit decisions for new bets while preserving market responsiveness.
• Drive finishing: ensure launches are leveraged in the field and iterated based on learning.
• Own packaging execution and commercial outcomes, aligning pricing and packaging with field needs.
• Stay close to customers and the field to translate insights into roadmap decisions at scale.
• Use AI to increase product and engineering leverage while maintaining quality and judgment.
