Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a seasoned product leader to own the product management organization end to end, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You will oversee people, roadmap commitments, and commercial outcomes across multiple product pillars.

You will sit at the technology leadership table with heads of Engineering and Product Design, shaping a coherent portfolio and driving revenue growth through strategic product execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Product Management and 7+ years leading PM teams.
• Experience building and running a multi-product, B2B platform at scale.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into a reliable operating system with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product leadership with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Finance.
• Design and grow the product management organization with clear ownership for every surface.
• Own the product operating system, cadence, reviews, and quarterly commitments.
• Drive roadmap delivery across pillars and maintain discipline in portfolio decisions.
• Stay close to customers and field to translate insights into the roadmap at scale.
• Leverage AI to increase product and engineering leverage while maintaining quality.
