Job summary

Healthy Roster is seeking a player-coach product leader to shape the platform's next evolution. You will define the strategy with the CPTO, run discovery and specs, and deliver products while unifying acquired software onto one cohesive experience.

You'll guide AI-enabled research, drafting specs, prototyping, and data-driven decisions, with a focus on multi-market opportunities across education, clinical, and enterprise segments. Remote role in the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Track record launching B2B SaaS products and achieving adoption.
• Experience integrating products or platforms, ideally after an acquisition.
• Ability to plan multi-year strategy and write detailed user stories.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data, integrations, and cloud platforms.
• Frequent use of AI tools to synthesize research, draft specs, prototype, and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy with CPTO and translate into a prioritized roadmap.
• Lead new products from discovery to general availability and integrate acquisitions onto one platform.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success on launch readiness and pricing input.
• Engage with customers (athletic trainers, directors, physicians) to gather insights and drive decisions.
• Coach PMs and analysts, promote AI-first product practices, and help scale the team.
