JumpCloud is seeking a design leader to define the multi-year experience vision for its platform, partnering with Product and Engineering to shape AI-assisted and headless experiences. You will build a high-impact design team, set craft standards, and drive adoption across admin and end-user workflows.

You will own core product experiences, advocate for secure and intuitive interfaces, and guide the integration of AI tools and design systems at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design with leadership of design managers.
• Experience shaping AI-powered or agent-driven product experiences.
• Experience designing complex, security-critical products.

Responsabilités

• Own multi-year experience vision across admin console, end-user, and AI workflows.
• Define core end-to-end workflows with strong usability and self-service.
• Ensure trust and security in every flow, including permissions and sign-in.
• Lead adoption and onboarding with in-product guidance and onboarding.
• Measure user satisfaction with NPS and product feedback, driving actions.
• Establish research practices and post-launch measurement to inform decisions.
• Maintain quality and craft through design reviews and accessible systems.
• Build and scale a design team across locations with shared ownership.
• Embed AI-enabled design practices from discovery to prototyping in code.
