Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in field sales leadership or product roles
• Experience leading customer- or field-facing teams in matrixed environments
• Strong ability to translate strategy into market execution
• Experience partnering with sales leadership and product owners
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Ability to drive execution across distributed coverage models
• Strong analytical and operational judgment

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Product Execution function, including team direction, role clarity, prioritization, and performance management
• Define and drive a consistent approach to activating product strategy across national accounts and regional teams
• Partner with sales leadership and product owners to align priorities and field execution objectives
• Set expectations for product education, field updates, and client/broker presentations
• Ensure the team supports product adoption, territory performance, and field readiness
• Monitor product performance and adoption signals to inform priorities
• Build operating rhythms, measures, and decision frameworks to strengthen execution discipline
• Provide leadership visibility into team performance and market opportunities
