Finario, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking a Head of Product to lead evolution and expansion of our next‑gen capital planning platform in Stamford, CT. You will own the roadmap, guide strategy, and partner with sales, marketing, and engineering to drive growth across leading enterprise accounts.

You will mentor teams, define success metrics, and ensure alignment with market needs. This role offers a competitive rewards package and a chance to shape a category-defining platform.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Shipping enterprise software for large, complex organizations.
• Experience with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong commercial acumen: pricing, packaging and business cases.
• Comfort using data to define success metrics.
• Excellent communication to influence executives and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel to meet customers and partners.
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap aligned to revenue and retention goals.
• Ship valuable features and enable faster release cycles.
• Lead product strategy to differentiate and price strategically.
• Engage with enterprise clients to expand market footprint.
• Be the user advocate through sessions and feedback.
• Use data to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
• Educate internal teams on new features and benefits.
• Contribute to product marketing and customer communications.
• Coordinate with the customer advisory board and annual conference.
