Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a senior leader to head Product Engineering and Documentation for its Aeroderivative Gas Turbines Core Development unit. The role focuses on leading engineering lifecycles, robust documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a global matrix setup.

The ideal candidate has extensive gas turbine engineering experience, senior leadership capabilities, and a track record of driving complex technical projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• CEng or PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and engineering integrity of core aeroderivative gas turbine products and components.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, methodologies, and change management practices.
• Direct creation, maintenance, and governance of technical product documentation and configuration management.
