Job summary

LeanData is seeking a Director of Product & Ecosystem Partnerships in the San Francisco Bay Area. You’ll own the joint‑value story with partners, define the shared use cases, shape integrations, and drive adoption across LeanData’s product suite.

You’ll translate partnerships into measurable outcomes, write the value narrative, and secure partner commitments that accelerate customer outcomes. This is a product‑weighted role reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS with product, partnerships, or related roles.
• Track record of defining joint value and shipped integrations.
• Strong negotiation and agreement‑structuring skills.
• Excellent cross‑functional project management.
• GTM fluency and knowledge of RevTech/MarTech stack.
• Excellent communication and storytelling across audiences.
• Genuine curiosity about B2B go‑to‑market operations.

Responsibilities

• Define joint‑value strategy and concrete use cases.
• Negotiate partner agreements and drive adoption.
• Lead integration scoping and roadmap alignment with PM/Engineering.
• Coordinate product marketing assets and launch narratives.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional execution across internal and partner teams.
• Monitor adoption and iterate to drive ongoing value.
