Job summary

Cyberhaven is building the AI-native data security platform for the agentic enterprise. We seek a Director of Product Management to own and grow the integration ecosystem end-to-end, shaping strategy with partners and driving execution that delivers value to customers.

You will lead architecture discussions with partner teams, define success criteria for integrations, and ensure launches accelerate revenue growth while expanding coverage across ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, including at least 3 in cybersecurity, data security, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Owned an integration, platform, or ecosystem surface at an enterprise cloud company, connectors, public APIs, a partner platform, or marketplace presence.
• Shaped a partner strategy: chosen the partners, argued the case internally, and shipped the integrations that followed.
• Technical enough to earn credibility with partner engineering teams, and discuss APIs, data models, identity, and telemetry without a solutions architect present.
• Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem and the emerging AI landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own the ecosystem thesis and prioritize investments against market evolution.
• Set the integration roadmap for connectors, APIs, data sharing, and marketplace listings.
• Make build/partner/pass recommendations for where to invest.
• Lead partner technical discovery with engineering teams.
• Program-manage each integration end-to-end from scoping to launch and certification.
• Land the launch with enablement for sales, customer experience, and marketing.
• Deliver integrations that change outcomes and drive revenue growth.
